Julia and George's Summer Engagement Session | Poland Forest | Poland, Ohio

Summer engagement sessions are some of my favorite because of all of the greenery we get to be surrounded by. When trying to nail down the location for Julia and George’s engagement session, I got excited when Julia mentioned the Poland Forest because she wanted a woodsy feel. Ray and John's Summer Engagement Session | Cinderella Bridge | Lanterman's Mill | Youngstown, Ohio

When I first met Raymond and John, it was through a video meeting in the middle of quarantine. Even through a virtual meeting, I could just tell that I’d have so much fun with them. Anna and Drew's Summer Castle Engagement Session | Squire's Castle | Willoughby, Ohio

I just love it when Mae B Photo Bridesmaids turn into Mae B Photo Brides! I met Anna a few years back when she was a bridesmaid in Becca and Rich’s wedding. When she reached out to me about her own wedding, I was so excited that I may or may not have squealed with joy. Covid put a damper on Spring engagement photos, but we couldn’t have had a better August evening to explore Squire’s Castle and Lily Lagoon in Willoughby Hills, Ohio. I feel so fortunate to photograph in the Cleveland Metroparks and I feel like every time I shoot out there, I find a new location that I just love. The lagoon was that magical spot for me. It was so quiet and not a very high traffic area, so it made for a little more privacy as we photographed….
